The business of the Foundation is managed by a volunteer board.  All work is done by the board of directors through committees and there is no paid staff.  The Board is committed to maintaining high standards of performance and transparency so that public and donor trust in the integrity of the Board is conserved and enhanced.

The Board is accountable to and receives direction from the Membership through Annual General Meetings as required by the Constitution and By-Laws.
